Last weekend our family split in two. The men went on a trip with ghosts, a campfire and sausages roasted by the fire, while the girls stayed at home. It's a long time since I spent such a nice time with my daughter. Usually, there is so much to do, what with the strict school schedule and endless lack of time; only the end of the school year gives us some breathing space. We baked cookies and made supper. We had time to play a board game, chat and watch a movie. Today I would like to share with you a recipe for a girl's supper.
Ingredients:
mixed lettuce
6 strawberries
1 nectarine
1 tin of tuna in oil
2 small cucumbers
chives
3 tablespoons of olive oil
3 tablespoons of lemon juice
2 tablespoons of water
1 tablespoon of honey
Prepare the ingredients for salad: slice the strawberries, nectarine, cucumbers, and mince the chives. Drain the tuna from the oil. Put the strawberries, nectarine, cucumber slices and tuna pieces onto the lettuce. Mix in the olive oil, honey, water and lemon juice to make a dip and add it to the salad. Sprinkle the salad with the minced chives. Serve with brown toast.
Enjoy your meal!
