Chicken in cream sauce
Not so long ago my children didn't eat dishes with sauce. In stew sauce was only acceptable with meat and couldn't touch the kasha, pasta or potatoes. Now the situation has changed and meals with sauce can be mixed with other ingredients. Riding the wave, I prepared today some pieces of chicken in a cream dressing with peas, courgette and, get this: sun-dried tomatoes! I even managed to smuggle that in. I am interested if it is a breakthrough or they just didn't notice.
Ingredients:
500g of chicken meat
half a courgette
150g of green peas (from the tin or frozen)
2-3 dried tomatoes
2 teaspoons of thyme
1 teaspoon of curry powder
half a teaspoon of sweet paprika
150ml of bouillon
150ml of 30% sweet cream
1 tablespoon of olive oil
salt and pepper
