Ingredients
1 grapefruit
2 teaspoons of brown sugar
half a teaspoon of cinnamon
3 tablespoons of maple syrup
3 tablespoons of almond flakes
Heat the oven up using the grill function.
Wash the grapefruit and cut it in half. Mix the sugar with the cinnamon. Sprinkle the fruit with this mixture. Add the maple syrup and bake for 10 minutes until the sugar is caramelized and has turned slightly brown. Serve at once with the roast almond flakes.
