It has gotten warmer recently and I feel that the holiday season is coming. We know that after spring comes summer, holidays and sweet laziness, all of which meant I was too lazy to cook. I decided to make a one-pot meal, a rich and yummy soup which I can recommend as an excellent and quick holiday dish. You can prepare it in a fully equipped kitchen as well as in a camping house or a tent. So write down the recipe, because it may come in handy soon
Ingredients:
250g of white sausages (not raw)
250g of sausages
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
a piece of chili pepper
400g of white or red beans (from a tin or cooked)
200g of sweetcorn
500ml of passata
250ml of bouillon
1 tablespoon of oil
2 bay leaves
2 sprigs of rosemary
2 sprigs of thyme
1 teaspoon of oregano
1 teaspoon of sweet paprika
salt and pepper
Dice the onion, garlic and chili pepper. Heat the oil in a pan, add the onion, garlic, chili pepper, rosemary and thyme and fry for a while. Add the two kinds of sliced sausage. Fry them. Add the passata, bouillon, oregano and paprika and boil for 10 minutes. Add the beans and sweetcorn, and salt and pepper to taste. Boil for 2-3 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving. Serve with bread.
Enjoy your meal!
