Basic ingredients, 15 minutes of preparation, a few minutes in the fridge and my children's faces – invaluable. I recommend it to every hard-working mother.
Ingredients:
250 ml of 30% cream
150g of mascarpone cheese
150g of chocolate
1 tablespoon of caster sugar
colourful chocolate drops
Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie. Leave to cool down. Put the mascarpone cheese and cream into a bowl. Add the caster sugar and whip it to make a fluffy mass. Leave four teaspoons of the mass for decoration. Add the chocolate to the rest of the mass and whip it for a while. Put the chocolate mass into cups. Decorate with the white cheese mass and leave in the fridge. Sprinkle with few chocolate drops before serving.
