When I was a child I had a dream: make waffles at home and eat as much as I can. Now I’m an adult and my love of waffles remains. Recently we bought a waffle iron, so I can make my dreams come true whenever I want.
Ingredients:

250g of butter
200g of sugar
16g of vanilla sugar
5 eggs
500g of flour
2 teaspoons of baking powder
350-400ml of milk
whipped cream, jam, fruit, caster sugar
Pulp the butter to make a fluffy mass. Add sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs and mix them up. Stir constantly while adding flour and baking powder and pouring the milk in. Blend all the ingredients for 2-3 minutes with a hand blender. Bake until the waffles are slightly brown. Serve the waffles with whatever you like. I personally like them with fruit and whipped cream, but my children prefer them with caster sugar.
