Recently my family has had a hankering for homemade chocolate cream. I make it with dates, hazelnuts and cocoa. It doesn't have any sugar or unwanted ingredients and it is sweet, healthy and extremely tasty. This cream is so yummy that we like eating it straight out of the jar. Today I prepared an almost vegetarian chocolate-peanut-blackberry dessert. "Almost" because I used non-vegetarian white chocolate. If you use vegetarian white chocolate there will be nothing to niggle at. In my home no one niggled, but everyone asked for more
Ingredients (for 4 people)
cocoa layer
1 big avocado
2 bananas
2 tablespoons of cocoa
2 tablespoons of maple syrup
Blend all of the ingredients to make a smooth cream. Put it into some glasses.
peanut layer
50g of white chocolate
3-4 tablespoons of peanut butter
50ml of 30% sweet cream
Heat the sweet cream and melt the white chocolate in it. Add the peanut butter and mix it in. Put the peanut cream onto the cocoa layer.
Decorate the dessert with some fruit. I use blackberries, but you may use also blueberries or raspberries. Serve the dessert cool.
Enjoy your meal!
